WarrantyLimited Warranty Fendergrip Canada warrants that the Fendergrip® device will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years . Any implied warranties, including those of merchantablity or fitness for a particular purpose are also limited to the warranty period from the date of sale. The warranty is vaild for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty is vaild for retail sale within Canada. Fendergrip Canada's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective device which is returned to Fendergrip Canada (with the postage pre-paid) within the warranty period with proof of purchase, including the sale date. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance . This remedy is exclusive and will not apply if the device has been the subject of misuse or abuse. Under no circumstance shall Fendergrip Canada be responsiblle for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to person or property, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow time limitations on an implied warranty, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conseqential damage, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
